I highly doubt it, Obito had been fused with Senju DNA and Madara and Obito kinda had Sidious/Vader type thing. By luring Obito and keeping a grudge and who knew what techniques Madara taught him. I'd say Obito would have gotten to a similar strength as Kakashi which they were near equal but Obito didn't have that drive when he was with Minato
